Last updated: 3 September 2026. Operated by Monaco Western Limited, trading as Monaco Funded, Trinidad and Tobago. Contact: . This document forms part of the Terms of Service.
This is how a withdrawal works: what can be withdrawn and where it goes, the steps you will see, and when we send the money. The amounts are in the Limits document; this document is about the process.
1. What can be withdrawn, and where it goes
Only Earnings can be withdrawn, and only to a bank account held in your own name, as section 7 of the Terms of Service sets out. Credits are not payouts and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash.
The name on the bank account must match the name on your verified identity. If it does not, the withdrawal is denied at the payout and the reason is shown to you in the app. This is a rule we cannot bend, and the AML and Identity Verification Notice states it: not a relative, not a business, not a friend, not a different person who will pass it on.
We do not pay third parties, and we do not redirect a withdrawal to an account in another name.
2. The steps, as you see them
A request moves through these states, and the app shows you which one it is in.
-
Pending. You asked, and a person will review it.
-
Accepted. Reviewed and approved. This can happen on any day.
-
Completed. Included in the payout batch and sent to your bank.
-
Sent. The bank has taken it.
-
Bounced. The bank returned it. The money, including the fee, comes back to your Earnings and the reason is shown.
-
Denied. Not approved. The money returns to your Earnings and the reason is shown.
3. Payout Tuesdays
We run the payout batch on Tuesdays. A request accepted by the end of Monday, Trinidad time, goes into that week's batch, and it is marked completed when it is sent to your bank. When a Tuesday is a public holiday in Trinidad and Tobago, the batch runs on the next business day.
Once the money has been sent, when it arrives is your bank's timing, and it is usually within the same week.
This is our practice, not a promise. Section 7 of the Terms of Service says we do not guarantee processing times, and that stays true: a review can take longer, and a withdrawal can be held while identity verification, screening, or a conduct review is outstanding.
4. The amounts
The maximum per request, the minimum, the fee, and how many requests you can have open at once are in the Limits document. It states the amounts; this document states the process.
5. During the soft launch
We are in a soft launch. Withdrawal processing is limited during this period, as section 7 of the Terms of Service says. The Soft Launch Notice governs the period and says how it ends.
