Risk Disclosure - Monaco Funded

Last updated: 13 October 2026. Monaco Western Limited, trading as Monaco Funded, Trinidad and Tobago. Contact: . This disclosure forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. You are paying a fee, not making an investment

We run evaluations at two durations: Day across multiple sessions and Afterhours across one short run, in about ninety seconds. They differ in how long you are measured for, not in what they are. Everything below applies to both.
An entry fee buys you an assessment. It is a payment for a service, not a deposit, not an investment, and not a stake in anything. The fee pays for the evaluation and is not returned, whatever your result. Many evaluations end with nothing paid. An Instant Funded price buys a funded account rather than an assessment, and it is not returned either, whatever your result; many funded accounts end with nothing paid.
Only pay a fee you can comfortably afford.

2. Nothing here is real trading

All trading on this platform is simulated. No securities are bought or sold. No brokerage account exists. We hold no securities for you, and nothing you pay us is a deposit. Your orders never reach a market and never affect one.
Prices come from real market data, so your results respond to real market movement, but a simulated result is not a real trading result, and nothing here predicts how you would perform with real money at real risk.
We are not a broker, not a dealer, and not an investment adviser. Nothing on this platform is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

3. Afterhours is short

An Afterhours evaluation lasts about ninety seconds. It ends early, with nothing returned, if your position falls to the published loss line.
Afterhours can be entered repeatedly, and it is short. Decide your spend before you start. Your history shows what you have spent.

4. Your two balances

Your wallet holds two balances and they behave differently.
-
Credits are prepaid platform credit, bought or granted. Credits pay platform fees. Credits can never be withdrawn to a bank account or turned into cash. Credits leave your balance when they pay a fee, and otherwise only by refund, reversal, correction or forfeiture under the Terms.
-
Earnings are amounts we credit you for a result or under a partner agreement. Earnings can pay fees and can be withdrawn to a bank account in your own name.
Credits are never withdrawn. Paying a fee out of Credits consumes it. The most you can ever withdraw is what you earned.

5. Withdrawals are conditional and can be refused

Before we pay anything out we must verify your identity and confirm the destination account is in your own name. We may hold or refuse a withdrawal while any of that is outstanding, and we may refuse it entirely where we find fraud or a breach of the rules.

6. The service can be interrupted

We can suspend trading, hold prices, reject orders, or pause the platform where market data is faulty or integrity requires it. There is no uptime guarantee. An interruption is not a basis for a refund except where our Terms provide one.

7. Taxes are yours

Any amount you receive from us may be taxable. Working that out, declaring it, and paying it is your responsibility, not ours.

8. If you want to step back

Evaluations may be challenging for some users. If you find yourself spending more than you meant to, or entering evaluations to recover previous ones, the Responsible Participation Policy is how you take control. You can ask for a limit, a pause or a self-exclusion, or close your account, at any time at .
