Delete your Monaco Funded account

Monaco Funded is operated by Monaco Western Limited, trading as Monaco Funded, Trinidad and Tobago. This page explains how to delete the account you hold with us, what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long.

How to delete your account

If you are signed out, you will be asked to sign in first and will land on the Account page, where the Delete account control is.

What happens when you delete

Deleting your account closes any open positions now and signs you out. Nothing is forfeited yet.

Your account stays recoverable for 30 days.

During those 30 days your account is pending deletion: you are signed out, trading is closed, and you are hidden from the leaderboard and from our metrics. Your identity stays intact so recovery is possible.

If you change your mind within the 30 days, contact [email protected] and we will reinstate your account. Recovery restores everything, because nothing was destroyed.

What is deleted, and what is kept

At the end of the 30 days your unspent Credits are forfeited. Credits are prepaid platform credit and are never paid out.

Your Earnings are never forfeited. Money you earned under the published rules is always paid to you, subject to identity verification and a bank account in your own name.

If we still owe you Earnings, the deletion does not complete until the balance is paid or you tell us in writing that you give it up. We keep only the identity and contact details we need in order to pay you.

Records we are legally required to keep are kept: trading, wallet, and verification records are retained for the periods the law requires, as the Privacy Policy sets out.
